FURNITURE emporium Dwell is launching its biggest collection of contemporary furniture and home accessories this autumn.

Its new catalogue is packed with inspiring but practical and affordable designs.

Highlights include the Lyon leather modular sofa (from £395) available in rich chocolate brown, which is great for smaller homes, while the Monaco corner sofa (from £895) – available in steel grey and deep brown, and in two sizes – provides an eye-catching alternative to the more common angular styles.

High gloss is tipped to be one of this season's biggest looks and dwell has created a whole range of new products incorporating the finish which can be used in the lounge, dining room, office and bedroom.

Its extending gloss dining tables (£375) can be matched with either the high gloss dining chair (£75) or the high gloss padded seat chair (£75), all available in black and white. TV units are also given the gloss treatment and cover a wide range of sizes.

The introduction of a high gloss bed (from £325) allows the look to be carried through to the bedroom.

Walnut is also given an update with the introduction of a gloss element in the walnut and black high gloss bedroom range, which includes a wardrobe and drawer units.

But for anyone wanting a simpler look there is the square cut walnut bedroom range with its lighter detailing.

The autumn range also offers an introduction to the beauty of another new material – natural marble – with a marble top round dining table (from £175) plus a marble top coffee table (£195) and matching marble top side table (£95).
