Efit released of Murvagh Close burglary suspect

Police investigating a burglary at a home in Murvagh Close in Cheltenham last month have released an efit of a man that was seen acting suspiciously in the area.

The burglary happened between 2pm on Friday January 18 and 2am on Saturday January 19. Thieves smashed a window to enter the home and once inside stole an Apple Macbook Pro laptop.

Two men and a woman were seen in a dark coloured Citroen acting suspiciously near the house on the evening of the offence.

The efit released today is of the driver of this car.

    “It's great to hear police still following up on crimes like this - but why is an e-fit only being released 5+ weeks after the burglary? Neighbours were concerned in the week or two after the incident that police hadn't been to see possible witnesses. Good to know action is being taken now.”
