Egg-throwers on rampage
EGGS and stones were thrown at Gloucester homes on Wednesday during Halloween.
Egg-throwing was reported to police in Overbury Road, Bloomfield Road, Lanett Road, Emerald Close and Lanham Gardens.
Stones were thrown in Upton Street and Hatherley Road.

“If before halloween you spray vinegar all over your windows, I have heard this can help egg not stick. It really is awful. I recall a friend of mine spending hours cleaning eggs off her windows in an area where there was anti social behaviour. She had to keep going back and it took a very long time.
She then sadly after cleaning it sat down for a well deserved cup of tea to learn that before she would finish that cup of tea, eggs were thrown up her window again.
She was very distraught.”
