NIK Elsmore (pictured) will be competing on this weekend's Quinton Stages.

Elsmore and co-driver Craig Drew (Lancer Evo 9) were in fourth position on last year's event until gearbox problems put them out.

Eight special stages (used on the Wales Rally GB) make up the 45 competitive miles of the Quinton Stages.

Darren Pinchin and Karen Watts (Proton Satria) will be hoping to put the disappointments of the Dukeries behind them. They retired on the penultimate stage with a broken engine mount, having built up a considerable lead.

One crew riding the crest of a wave at the moment is Matt Cotton and Will Rogers (MG ZR).

These two will be going for a hat-trick of class wins this weekend.
