Planning bosses have agreed to an application made by Cheltenham Borough Homes to regenerate Hobart House in Princess Elizabeth Way.

The proposal included re-laying car parks, alongside new paths and landscaping, bin and bicycle storage.

The planning documents stated that the block of flats had seen little change in the landscape since it had been constructed 50 years ago.
