Extra presents under the tree for home buyers
Home-buyers in Gloucestershire who reserve a Bovis Home this month could be finding some extra presents under the tree when they wake up to Christmas morning in their brand new home.
The national house-builder is offering a seasonal gift of £500 of vouchers to spend at Marks and Spencer - which could pay for gifts for family and friends, or all the festive food and drink they need to celebrate a new life in a quality property.
Bovis Homes is giving the vouchers to all those who reserve a home at The Homelands in Bishop's Cleeve, Glevum Oaks in Gloucester or Copeland Park in Tuffley.
"It may seem a bit early to start thinking about Christmas but for new home-buyers, now is the time to make that reservation," said Bovis Homes marketing director Kevin Wilkins.

"If you reserve a Bovis Home in October you could be in by Christmas and celebrating the festive season in style courtesy of our special Marks and Spencer package.
"We'd like to invite all home-buyers in the area to get in touch with us and we can show them the superb quality of a Bovis Home and we'll be happy to discuss the various purchase assistance schemes that can help them make their move and take advantage of this Christmas offer."
He added the Government-backed FirstBuy and NewBuy schemes, that only require a five per cent deposit, through to the house-builder's part-exchange package, would make the move easier than people think.

“I guess they'd better leave a window open for santa, don't forget the sherry and mince pies either!”

“How is santa going to deliver these extra presents this Christmas - the chimneys on Bovis Homes are fake plastic ones. Clearly this latest incentive has not been thought through properly!”
