Fan reaction: Oli Fell's view of Cheltenham 3 Morecambe 0
Now, that is a bit more like it!
That is the ideal way to respond to a poor result on the Saturday, BUT we have to get a result against Northampton.
At first I was critical of the starting XI. Dropping Byron? I wasn't entirely sure on that. However Deering in the hole excited me as did McGlashan playing on his preferred right side.
I was sceptical about starting Cureton, I prefer him coming off the bench to grab us a goal in all honesty, as Byron and Gornell are less of an impact player than he is.

To be honest, Cureton didn't really do enough to warrant a start out there and I think, at the moment, Byron and Terry is our best starting two up top.
Anyway, the game started awfully. Morecambe looked to take control and Scott Brown made a great save early doors.
However, Cheltenham evolved into the game and Richards' free kick was the perfect time to score.
From then on, everything else just fell into place. A red card, a penalty and good attacking football. It certainly was olé time for the Cheltenham fans.
I think the football we played tonight is the best football I've seen us play for a while. That definitely stemmed from the inclusion of David Noble in midfield. Noble was class tonight, second best player behind Gornell.
That win is such a relief, it also increases our diminutive goal difference! If we can steal a point or a win at Northampton, I'd be ecstatic.
Let's not write off our season just yet. There's still so much to play for and the if the team plays like that every game, we could be up there.
OUT OF 10
Scott Brown 7 - Made two fantastic saves in the first half which kept us in the game.
Sido Jombati 7 - Defended better tonight, should cement his place in the team with that.
Keith Lowe 6 - Shaky early on, but recovered well to put in a solid performance.
Troy Brown 8 - He's 22, but he has the composure of a world class centre back. Unbelievable player.
Matt Richards 7 - Playing out of position, scored a free kick, missed a pen. Decent performance.
Jason Taylor 6 - Not much to shout about, standard solid game.
David Noble 8 - A class act in the centre of the pitch. Great talent, keeps us ticking over like Marlon Pack did.
Jermaine McGlashan 7 - Limped off, but a livewire down the right. Did well.
Sam Deering 7 - Linked everyone together nicely and played some decent passes.
Jamie Cureton 6 - Spurned two chances but always looks like he will score.
Terry Gornell 9 - Great performance. Did so well tonight and has earned a start on Saturday.
Byron Harrison 6 - Came on and scored. What more can you ask for?
Harry Williams N/A - Great to make his debut for us. The future is looking bright!
