Festival inspired ghost tale author
BOOK lovers in Bishop's Cleeve were keen to find out more about a spook-tacularly good yarn.
Cheltenham author Sarah Quick was on hand at Courtyard Books, in Tarlings Yard, to sign copies of her debut novel Family Ghosts.

Intertwining her passion for family history with a ghost story, the book is partially set in Gloucestershire, where she grew up.
Sarah said she was inspired to turn to writing after taking part in a workshop at Cheltenham Literature Festival.

"Writing has always been something I have loved," said the 43-year-old. "Family Ghosts started off as a novella and after some positive comments I decided to turn it into a novel."
"I hope that writing will be my future. It is something I am very happy to continue to do."
