Fete units Abbeydale community for day of fun
DOG owners took the chance to help fight crime by signing up to the police led Paws on Patrol campaign at Sunday's rescheduled GL4 Community Together event in Glevum Park.
The scheme encourages dog walkers to report any crime they see whilst out with their pets.
A dog show, bird of prey display and fruit and veg contest were other attractions at the fundraiser for The Friends of Saintbridge Pond and the Saintbridge Garden and Allotments association.
Abbey ward councillor Andrew Gravells said: "The whole event was a brilliant success. The GL4 Committee who ran the event have every reason to feel pretty proud of their success."
