And after ten years of hard work, Mills, who fights under the nickname 'beautiful', is ready for the biggest contest of his career so far.

"I've already been training for about six weeks," said Mills.

"It's all about keeping your discipline, keeping on top of your wrestling and jujitsu and that so it's very time consuming.

"Every day is pretty much a double training session at our club Trojan from 11am until 2pm and after some rest it's back to hard work in the evening."

Mills has always had a connection to the martial arts and says it all began when he was a child.

"As a kid I was always wrestling with my brothers, just practising wrestling moves on each other and that kind of thing.

"I started martial arts when I was 19, having always liked to maintain a good shape by going to the gym, and things went from there. I've never looked back."
