GLOUCESTER City Homes has secured 66th place in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list.
The awarded recognises excellence in the workplace across a range of factors including: leadership and organisational values, training and prospects, well-being, teamwork, employee engagement, and how the organisation contributes to the community.
Gerry Caine, GCH employee of the year, who works on the front line in the estate services team and who received the Top 100 award, said: "This is brilliant and I was so proud to be in the limelight on behalf of everyone at GCH. It is not easy working day in, day out keeping our estates clean and tidy in all weathers, but the company makes great play on the value of everyone in the team and that is why we are here collecting this award – they recognise everyone's efforts, big and small, all the time."
