Flasher shocker for woman, 30
A FLASHER targeted a woman in Stroud.
Police are trying to track down the culprit, who struck near Folly Lane, Uplands, at around 5.30pm on Wednesday, September 26.
A 30-year-old woman was walking her dog near the Scout Hut, when a man shouted towards her, and exposed himself. He was white, in his 40s and around 6ft tall. He was wearing a dark waterproof coat with the hood up. Witnesses should call police on 101.
