Flasher strikes in Stroud
Police are appealing to the public for information after a man indecently exposed himself to a woman in the Uplands area of Stroud.
The incident happened near Folly Lane at around 5.30pm on Wednesday, September 26, when a 30-year-old woman was walking her dog near to the Scout Hut in the area.
A man shouted towards her, exposed himself and performed a lewd act.

The man was described as white, in his 40s and around 6ft tall. He was wearing a dark coloured waterproof coat with the hood pulled tightly around his face, dark coloured trousers and dark shoes.
Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 325 of September 26.
