Flex body at gym taster
THRIVING Quedgeley business Bodyflex Gym is holding an open day from 11am on Sunday, December 9 to give people a taste of what's on offer ahead of its official re-opening later next month.
Formerly located at the Quedgeley RAF site, the gym has recently moved into new premises at the Enterprise Centre.
New facilities at the eco-friendly building include a large class studio, free weights and an air-conditioned top-floor cardiovascular aerobic area. It will be open for business on Thursday, December 27.
