Football festival to celebrate £5,000 grant for Spa Ladies
A £5,000 grant will allow Cheltenham Spa Ladies Football Club to add two more teams to their current seven teams.
They aim to introduce an Under-Eights girls team to the newly introduced Gloucestershire County Girls League Development Section.
It will also allow for an additional Under-12s team to enter the Bristol Girls League in the following season.
To celebrate the Grow the Game grant from the Football Foundation charity, a free football festival is being held on Saturday.

Paul Thorogood, Chief Executive of the Football Foundation, said: "I congratulate Cheltenham Spa LFC for receiving this Grow the Game grant, which will increase sport participation and support football development in the region.
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Gloucestershire FA for their help in making this happen.
"The new teams and players generated by the scheme since its launch three years ago, will go a long way towards helping The FA to achieve its growth target of 150,000 new participants by 2013.
"It is also helping government and Sport England get more people engaging in regular sport.
