Ford keeping focus as UK car sales are on the rise
Ford is maintaining a prudent balance in its UK business by maintaining its market lead through increased car retail sales and share, while backing off sales to daily rental fleets.
Ford's top-selling car range secured 13.7 per cent of the January market and Ford commercial vehicle (CV) sales and share were up, compared with January 2012.

“Assume Friday is still motoring day in the local rags (I'm not wasting money buying a paper, when I can read the same rubbish for free on this website...).
Clearly it's an even slower-than-normal news day, so they're uploading all the motoring stories onto TiG to fill the pages up a bit. As they occasionally do on property day, with "news" articles which are actually sales details for specific properties.
Will today's late breaking news be details on a 59-reg Astra, with full service history, low mileage and one careful non-smoking owner...???”
