Forecourt raid foiled in Churcham
BRAZEN thieves were scared off a Churcham garage forecourt as they tried to steal a 4x4 vehicle parked up on display.
Three men pulled up in a Ford Transit van and were seen trying to force the door open of a silver Mitsubishi Shogun.
The incident happened at the business just off the A40 between 7.40pm and 8pm on Thursday, February 28.
An alarm sounded as they attempted to break into the car alerting a passing pedestrian who shouted at them.
