Youngster Freddie Burns starts ahead of Nicky Robinson for the first time as Gloucester Rugby travel to Harlequins looking for a second Guinness Premiership win on the bounce tomorrow.

The 19-year-old who has scored all of Gloucester's points in the last two games is once again partnered by Dave Lewis at half back, as head coach Bryan Redpath keeps faith with numbers one to 10 from the victory over Leicester.

Outside Burns, Olly Morgan returns at full-back and James Simpson-Daniel at centre after both pulled out at the last minute last week, with Henry Trinder missing out and Lesley Vainikolo dropping to the bench.

Charlie Sharples and Tom Voyce, both promoted at the eleventh hour on Friday, keep their places on the wings, with Tim Molenaar continuing at centre.

Head coach Bryan Redpath said: "Everybody has an opportunity to beat anyone in this league. There's no easy game and no fixtures which you can say are a dead cert.

"We have to be massively focussed on the next two games. We need victories, however we achieve them.

"The pressure was relieved last week but it hasn't gone away and we'll go down to Harlequins having worked hard Monday to Friday and will do everything we can to win the game.

"Quins are fighting hard. They're in the same position as us. They've been unlucky with injuries and international call ups and they'll be desperate to get back to winning ways."

Up front, Nick Wood, and Greg Somerville continue at prop, with England man Paul Doran-Jones on the bench. Darren Dawiduik keeps his place at hooker despite the return of Scott Lawson from international duty.

Will James and Dave Attwood are the locks with Peter Buxton, Jake Boer and skipper Gareth Delve forming the back row.

“Plese someone tell me why Trinder is not playing?? I think that he played very well last week and deserves to keep a place along side Mollenar

I agree with most on here Sin bad is no centre woul much prefer to see him on the wing in the place of Voyce.

Hopefully Morgan will get on the field this weekend. Really happy that burns has been picked must be great for his confidence!!!

Come on Glos lets beat those Quins!!!!!”

“When I heard that Sinbad was back I thought GREAT! Then I realised that he's selected at OC. great....Why does Redpath persist with this selection. Sinbad is far deadlier on the wing. He could have played Carlos at 12, and Molenaar at 13. Then the back three would of been Sinbad, Morgan and Sharples. C,mon lads, keep the momentum going from last week !”
