Gig for man paralysed by meningitis
A MUSICAL evening conjuring up traditional sounds of Ireland, Scotland and England, will raise funds for a man paralysed by meningitis.
Jonathan Brough, 24, was paralysed from the neck down five years ago, after catching meningitis.
Despite having to have constant care and being on a ventilator, he's studying at Plymouth University, he's just moved into his own house in Minchinhampton.
The fundraising gig with MoMac'nMe at Minchinhampton Market House on Saturday, October 13 is to help convert the bungalow, which has been provided by his grandmother. Rickets cost £8, including a glass of wine and nibbles, from M&B Stores, Minchinhampton.
