Girl, 12, in critical condition following van crash on Alma Road, Cheltenham
A young girl has been left fighting for her life after being hit by a van in Cheltenham.
Emergency services were called out to Alma Road at around 3.20pm today after the 12-year-old was knocked down.

She has been taken to Frenchay Hospital, in Bristol, with what were described as potentially life threatening injuries.
The girl's parents have been informed of the incident.

Police say they have made no arrests in connection with the crash.
The road, in Up Hatherley, is set to be closed for several hours while officers investigate at the scene.
Witnesses who have not spoken to police are asked to contact officers on 101 quoting incident number 326 of November 23
