Girl, 13, victim of sex attack at bus stop near Stroud
Police in Thrupp are appealing to the community for information after a teenager was touched inappropriately whilst at a bus stop this morning, Thursday October 18.
The 13-year-old girl was at a bus stop on Spring Lane when a man approached her and lifted her skirt, putting his hand on her thigh. The girl then ran away.

He was described as being around 6ft tall, in his 20s with dark coloured spiky hair. He was wearing glasses, black trousers and a black sweatshirt with a green polo shirt underneath. He was wearing white Nike trainers.
The incident was reported to police at 8.25 this morning.

Police are investigating the incident and PC Rebecca King has urged any witnesses to come forward. She said: "We understand that parents will be concerned by this incident and we would reassure them that it is being thoroughly investigated.
"We'd ask anyone that witnessed the incident or saw someone acting suspiciously in the area this morning to contact us on 101, quoting incident number 62 of October 18."
