Glamour fundraiser gets the ball rolling
LONG-STANDING charity Gloucestershire Cloud Nine is holding its latest fundraiser at the 1873 Suite at Kingsholm Rugby Club on Saturday.
The Glitz and Glamour Ball will kick start the charity's 2013 fundraising drive.
Volunteers from Cloud Nine have been working in Gloucestershire since it launched in 1986, raising funds for holidays for children suffering with serious illness and disability.
The organisation has helped hundreds of children and their families from the county and is hoping to raise at least £2,000 from Saturday's event, starting at 7pm.
