â Thomas George Clarke, 19, of no fixed abode. Theft. Committed to a young offender institution for six weeks.
â Joanne Ruth Workman, 43, of Primrose Banks, Old Neighbourhood, Stroud. Being the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control in a public place (6 charges), failing to comply with order to keep dog under proper control (2 charges). Conditional discharge for two years, disqualified from having a dog for five years.
â Christopher Collins, 47, of Trinity Walk, Tewkesbury. Drink driving, driving a vehicle without a licence. Fined £280, £100 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.
â Andrew Robert Nicholson, 49, of Rosehill Street, Cheltenham. Assault by beating, being in possession of a knife in a public place. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for two years, £300 compensation, £85 costs.

â Michael David Halford, 49, of Sebert Street, Gloucester. Being the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control in a public place (2 charges). Fined £520, £615.14 compensation, £100 costs, order to keep the dog under proper control and kept muzzled and on a lead at all times when in a public place.
â Alison Cocker, 29, of Rocks Road, Joys Green, Lydbrook. Drink driving. Community Order for 12 months, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 23 months.
â Barry James Deacon, 31, of Sweetbriar Street, Kingsholm, Gloucester. Theft. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £40 costs.
