The following cases were dealt with by Gloucester magistrates on July 31:

■ Michael Downey, 52, of Reservoir Road, Robinswood, Gloucester. Drink driving. Fined £200, £100 costs, disqualified from driving for 17 months.

■ Martin Peter Thomson, 21, of Southgate Street, Gloucester. Criminal damage. Community Order for 12 months, £40 costs.

■ Jesse Richard Cassells Brown, 24, of Claudius Way, Lydney. Driving without due care and attention, failing to stop and give name and address after an accident, failing to report an accident. Fined £325, £45 costs, eight penalty points.

■ Peter Stephen Michael May, 29, of Bristol Road, Gloucester. Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Fined £110, £55 costs.

■ Janm Piotr Cichosz, 44, of Weston Road, Gloucester. Theft. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £40 costs.

■ Richard Cromwell, 43, of Churchill Road, Moreland, Gloucester. Being in possession of class B drugs. Fined £2110, £55 costs.

■ Kerry Anne Ludlow, 33, of Winsley Road, Matson, Gloucester. Theft. Community Order for 12 months, £59 compensation, £40 costs.

■ Mariusz Jan Zelakiewicz, 31, of High Street, Tredworth, Gloucester. Theft (2 charges). Fined £110, £55 costs.

■ William Graham Thould, 51, of Mitton Road, Tewkesbury. Drink driving. Disqualified for 26 months, £40 costs.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on August 1:

■ Thomas George Clarke, 19, of no fixed abode. Theft. Committed to a young offender institution for six weeks.

■ Joanne Ruth Workman, 43, of Primrose Banks, Old Neighbourhood, Stroud. Being the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control in a public place (6 charges), failing to comply with order to keep dog under proper control (2 charges). Conditional discharge for two years, disqualified from having a dog for five years.

■ Christopher Collins, 47, of Trinity Walk, Tewkesbury. Drink driving, driving a vehicle without a licence. Fined £280, £100 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

■ Andrew Robert Nicholson, 49, of Rosehill Street, Cheltenham. Assault by beating, being in possession of a knife in a public place. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for two years, £300 compensation, £85 costs.

The following cases were dealt with by Gloucester magistrates on August 7:

■ Mark Clifford Hill, 49, of The Crofts, Newent. Drink driving. Fined £200, £100 costs, disqualified from driving for 13 months.

■ Damian Kicloch, 29, of Farm Street, Gloucester. Using threatening, abusive of insulting words or behaviour. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £40 costs.

■ Anne Rosemary Middleton, 56, of Russet House, Great Rissington, Cheltenham. Failing to stop and give name and address after an accident, failing to report an accident. Fined £270, £45 costs, five penalty points.

■ Mark Charles Fryar, 40, of Mandara Grove, Abbeydale, Gloucester. Driving a vehicle without a licence or insurance. Fined £100, £45 costs, six penalty points.

■ Valerie Joyce James, 68, of Victoria Road, Lydney. Failing to give information to a police officer. Fined £10, £35 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

■ Ryan Anthony Jones, 29, of Coney Hill Road, Barnwood, Gloucester. Using threatening, abusive or insulting words of behaviour. Conditional discharge for six months, £85 costs.

■ Mateusz Wiewiora, 25, of Lysons Avenue, Gloucester. Driving a vehicle whilst disqualified and without insurance. Community Order for 12 months, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 10 months.

■ Marc Edward Hastings, 40, of Hillcrest Road, Berry Hill, Coleford. Driving a vehicle without due care and attention, and without a licence or insurance. Fined £100, £300 compensation, £40 costs, six penalty points.

■ Michael David Halford, 49, of Sebert Street, Gloucester. Being the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control in a public place (2 charges). Fined £520, £615.14 compensation, £100 costs, order to keep the dog under proper control and kept muzzled and on a lead at all times when in a public place.

■ Alison Cocker, 29, of Rocks Road, Joys Green, Lydbrook. Drink driving. Community Order for 12 months, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 23 months.

■ Barry James Deacon, 31, of Sweetbriar Street, Kingsholm, Gloucester. Theft. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £40 costs.

The following cases were dealt with by Gloucester magistrates on August 16:

■ Mark Kenneth James Griffin, 42, of Mathews Way, Stroud. Burglary and theft. Community Order for six months, curfew for six months.
