Gloucester woman, 19, dies in collision with private hire vehicle in Cheltenham
A 19-year-old woman from Gloucester who suffered serious injuries in a crash in Cheltenham on Sunday morning has died of her injuries.
Emergency services were at Bath Road in Cheltenham around 12.40am yesterday, just outside the Moon under Water pub, after reports of a collision.
Officers were called to reports that a pedestrian had been in a collision with a Skoda Superb private hire vehicle.
The pedestrian suffered serious injuries, and officers administered CPR at the scene before she was brought to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.
She was then transferred to a specialist neurological ward at Frenchay Hospital in Bristol, where she died of her injuries Sunday afternoon.
