■ Christina Wolf, 20, of Lych Gate Mews, Lydney. Travelling on a railway without a ticket. Fined £400, £6.70 compensation, £120 costs.

  Paul Anthony Smith, 29, of Binyon Road, Winchcombe. Assault by beating. Community order for two years, to participate in Integrated Domestic Abuse Programme for 36 days, £225 compensation, £170 costs.

–  Antony Roy Tuckey, 50, of Angelica Way, Abbeymead, Gloucester. Driving a vehicle whilst using a mobile telephone. Fined £150, £100 costs, three penalty points.

The following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on December 10:

  Ricky William Phelps, 43, of Broadway, Robinswood, Gloucester. Failing to surrender to bail, theft. Community Order for 12 months, £145 costs.

  Julian Hannis, 46, of Henry Road, Gloucester. Theft. Fined £110, £100 costs.
