THE following cases were dealt with by Cheltenham magistrates on December 6:

–  Barry James Deacon, 31, of Sweetbriar Street, Gloucester. Theft, failing to surrender to bail. Community Order for 12 months, £280, compensation, £85 costs.

  Ross Morgan Farrell, 23, of no fixed abode. Being in possession of class B drugs, failing to surrender to bail. Committed to prison for five weeks.

  Alan George Hodgson, 41, of Harpfield Close, Bishop's Cleeve, Cheltenham. Failing to provide specimen of blood for analysis. Fined £110, £100 costs, 10 penalty points.

–  Patrick George Bermingham, 22, of Ashlands Road, Hester's Way, Cheltenham. Being in possession of class B drugs. Fined £75, £55 costs.

–  Joe Alexander Hadland, 22, of Cromwell Road, Cheltenham. Being in possession of class B drugs. Fined £170, £100 costs.

  Xavier Joshua Coe, 22, of High Street, Tredworth, Gloucester. Criminal damage. Conditional discharge for six months, £571.84 compensation.

–  Ian John Cross, 35, of Kestrel Parade, Innsworth, Gloucester. Theft. Community Order for six months, curfew for four weeks, £40 costs, £53.98 compensation.

–  Ashley Chaives Johnson, 20, of Woodvale, Kingsway, Quedgeley. Drink driving, driving a vehicle without a licence or insurance. Fined £90, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

  James Robert McLarrie, 25, of Lannett Road, Gloucester. Being in possession of class A drugs. Community Order for 12 months, £85 costs, to participate in Thinking Skills programme for 20 days.

  Ian Alexander Macpherson-Rait, 38, of St James Walk, Honeybourne Way, Cheltenham. Theft. Conditional discharge for 28 days, curfew for 28 days, £80 costs.
