  James Philip Baker, 33, of Bouncers Lane, Prestbury. Assault by beating. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £100 costs.

–  Elizabeth Caroline Doyle, 37, of Old Station Close, Chalford, Stroud. Claiming Social Security benefits. Conditional discharge for six months, £50 costs.

–  Helen Jean Lovell-Hewitt, 45, of Kingscourt Lane, Rodborough. Claiming Social Security benefits illegally. Community Order for 12 months, £100 costs.

–  Nigel John Sparrow, 52, of Tyning Crescent, Slimbridge. Assault by beating. Community Order for two years, to participate in Integrated Domestic Abuse Programme for 36 days, £200 compensation, £145 costs.

–  Aneta Jolanta Gil, 39, of Bristol Road, Gloucester. Being drunk and disorderly in a public place. Fined £30, £105 costs.

  Matthew Dickinson, 20, of Abbots Leys Road, Winchcombe, Cheltenham. Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Fined £65, £105 costs.

  James Leslie Cripwell, 23, of Cartway Green, Cinderford. Assault by beating. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months, to participate in Integrated Domestic Abuse Programme for 36 days, £200 compensation, £165 costs.

–  Marcus Shaw, 34, of Sun Street, Cheltenham. Failing to comply with a traffic sign. Fined £60, £165 costs, three penalty points.

–  Steven John Webb, 45, of Stroud Road, Gloucester. Assault by beating. Community order for two years, £145 costs.

–  Carl Wayne Griffiths, 25, of Westfield Avenue, Brockworth, Gloucester. Driving a vehicle without insurance and whilst using a mobile telephone. Fined £120, £30 costs, six penalty points.

–  John Edmund Hodge, 43, of no fixed abode. Criminal damage (2 charges). Conditional discharge for 12 months, £126 compensation.

–  John Henry Nelmes, 29, of Green Acre, Brockworth. Assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty. Fined £110, £100 compensation, £120 costs.

  Janina Kotwica, 21, of Woodruff Close, Robinswood, Gloucester. Drink driving, driving a vehicle without a licence or insurance, taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner. Community Order for 12 months, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 15 months.

  Clive James Oakey, 30, of Overton Road, Lansdown, Cheltenham. Being in possession of class B drugs. Fined £55, £105 costs.

–  Daniel Morgan, 20, of Anston Close, Moreton in Marsh. Sexually touching a woman when she did not consent. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months, to participate in Education, Training and Employment for 10 days.

–  Helyn Parrott, 33, of Windsor Road, Tetbury. Theft. £100 compensation, £110 costs.

–  Ian John Cross, 35, of Kestrel Parade, Innsworth. Theft. Community Order for six months, £145 costs.

–  Phillip Mark Eyre, 40, of Ballinode Close, Swindon Village, Cheltenham. Driving a vehicle without due care and attention. Fined £135, £45 costs, three penalty points

–  Anthony Kingscott, 22, of Westwinds, Ham, Berkeley. Driving a vehicle without due care and attention. Fined £260, £45 costs, six penalty points.Elizabeth Ann Lewindon, 56, of Partridge Way, Cirencester. Driving a vehicle without due care and attention. Fined £150, £45 costs, four penalty points.

–  David Lee Young, 27, of no fixed abode. Theft. Fined £100, £105 costs.

–  Ryan Burns, 20, of Sochi Mews, Hester's Way, Cheltenham. Criminal damage (2 charges). Community Order for 12 months, £398 compensation, £145 costs.

–  Marcus Clements, 22, of Moors Avenue, Cheltenham. Theft. Community Order for 12 months, £145 costs.

  Neil Raymond Fincham-Dukes, 29, of New Barn Lane, Prestbury, Cheltenham. Drink driving. Fined £760, £161 costs, disqualified from driving for 17 months.
