■ Scott Edgell, 25, of The Barn, Lodge Farm, Chavenage, Tetbury. Depositing household waste contrary to the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Fined £150, £415 costs.

■ Many Felton, of Glebe Road, Minchinhampton, Stroud. Failing to comply with an abatement notice under section 80(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (4 charges). Fined £350, £615 costs.

■ Jan Makuna, 33, of Falkner Street, Gloucester. Claiming Social Security benefits illegally. Community Order for two months, curfew for two months, £354.06 costs.

■ James Anthony Bryan, 23, of Alma Place, Gloucester. Being in possession of a British Transport Police warrant card and holder, impersonating a special constable or member of a police force. Committed to prison for two weeks.

■ Julian Rees, 44, of Llanthony Road, Gloucester. Theft. Community Order for 12 months, £56 compensation.

■ Brian Joseph Merry, 50, of Dorrit Close, Gloucester. Breach of restraining order. Community Order for one months, curfew for one month, £85 costs.

■ Samantha Dingley, 23, of Coriander Drive, Churchdown. Claiming Social Security benefits illegally. Conditional discharge for six months, £50 costs.

■ David Christon Hartwell, 20, c/o St Paul's Road, Cheltenham. Theft (3 charges), being in possession of an article to be used in the course of theft Community Order for 12 months, to have treatment for drug dependency for six months.

■ Jacqueline Bennett, 51, of Bybrook Gardens, Tuffley, Gloucester. Claiming Social Security benefits illegally. Fined £100, £100 costs.
