Gloucestershire teen facing jail for punishment beating
A Gloucestershire teenager is facing jail after being found guilty of the "punishment beating" of another man after finding out he was dating a 14-year old girl.
Jonothon Jones, 19, denied breaking into a Cinderford flat to punish Daniel James for going out with the schoolgirl.

But after a three-day trial at Gloucester Crown Court, a jury found Jones guilty of burglary with intent to do damage and unlawful wounding of Mr James, 20.
Judge Mark Horton bailed Jones, of High Street, Cinderford in the Forest of Dean, for three weeks for a pre-sentence report to be prepared. But he warned him: "It is almost inevitable you will go to prison and the only question for this court is how long."
Jones will be sentenced on December 10 at Bristol Crown Court.
During the trial Mr James told how he was sleeping in a flat in Miners Walk, Cinderford, on May 7 this year when three men broke in at 2am.
He said: "I went out of the bedroom and saw three people. One, who was wearing a white t-shirt, ran off.

"I saw Jonny Jones and Christopher Williams.
"I took one step out of the bedroom and Jonny punched me with his right fist and skimmed my cheek.
"I fell onto the bed. As I fell I pulled the door shut. My initial response was then to hold the door shut.
"I was holding the bottom of the door as Jonny was kicking it. Eventually it came off its runners and the door fell on top of me. I was lying on the bed with the door on top of me.
"As I pushed the door off Jonny started punching me. He punched me about six times to my face.
"Chris was stood there watching and the punches came to an end when he told Jonny to stop."
Jones then threw about six more punches before leaving.
Mr James needed stitches in his upper lip, which was badly gashed.
Williams, of Hollydean, Cinderford, had pleaded guilty to breaking into the flat with intent to do damage and unlawfully wounding Mr James.
Jones denied the same charges, and insisted he did not enter the flat except to stop Williams attacking Mr James.
