Gloucestershire yo yo dieter Bernie loses 30 stone over the years
Bernie has five or six small and medium meals every day.
Breakfast is a green smoothie, containing kale, protein powder, two raw eggs and a frozen banana – she saves some for a snack later on too.
Her next meal is usually scrambled eggs with cottage cheese or roasted vegetables and she has a plain Greek yoghurt as a snack after that.
