The hosts' early domination was rewarded with a solitary Matt Bradley penalty after 18 minutes.
In the dying embers of the opening period Bradley then fired a long pass to Wales international Yannic Parker, who shrugged off defenders and powered over for a 6-0 half-time lead.
Just 16 minutes in Loughborough drew level when James Plumb plunged over.
Matt Brewer converted, but a big tackle by the All Golds' Marcus Brown was to be the catalyst to surge to victory.
With 15 minutes left Ash Haynes fed Parker, who drew the Loughborough defence to send winger Maxime Claustres in.
The conversion was missed, but with the day's last play a James Walter offload sent Scotland international Mike Stewart over.
