A CONCERT in tribute to the work of Ivor Gurney will be held at Gloucester Cathedral tonight.

Ivor Gurney's The Trumpet will be given from 7.45pm until 9.30pm as part the Three Choirs Festival.

A spokesman said: "This will be the first time any of Gurney's music has been performed as part of an evening performance at a Three Choirs Festival."
