Handbag stolen from car in Coleford
Opportunistic thieves have stolen a rucksack from a car just off Railway Drive.

A woman reported that she had left her blue Ford Fiesta unlocked in a car park yesterday between 10.45am and 11.30am.

The small black fabric bag, which had been left in the passenger footwell, contained a diary, note pad and set of three keys.
When the victim returned she discovered the rucksack had been taken.

“My guess is that she forgot to lock her car (not on purpose) which was her first mistake. Her second mistake was to leave her bag in view of any opportunist thief that walks past.”
