Harry Potter heads up a list of film locations featured in a new map of Gloucestershire.

The Cotswolds and Royal Forest of Dean Tourism organisation has published a new TV & Film Location Map, to coincide with this month’s launch of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

It has been produced largely in response to a growing demand from visitors who wanted precise details of where certain movies and TV shows were filmed – and where stars such as David Tennant, Johnny Depp, Renée Zellweger and Daniel Radcliffe have worked.

"The map is geared towards encouraging visitors to spend money in the local economy,” said Chris Dee, Tourism Manager at Gloucestershire First.
