“WARNING: If you care about customer service and being treated well by the Manager / owner, do not visit The Grooms Room in Gloucester.

Having visited the shop on Saturday afternoon we were treated very badly by the Manager / owner who brandished us idiots if we did not buy from him. When I said we couldn't make a decision to buy in 5 minutes and needed time to think about the suits we had seen being that it was for our special day, he said that he had been in the industry for many years and knew bettew than us as to what we wanted. He claimed that he offered the best deal with the best materials and that we would be wasting our time by visiting other stores.

He literally said I had no decision to make and that I would be an idiot to not buy from him.

He was rude, arrogant, very pushy and almost reduced my fiance to tears with his raised tones and vitriol. We will not be giving him our business even if it does mean spending a little more elsewhere.

It is about time he realised, buying a suit for your wedding is about far more than just the price and the service you receive is just as important. It is about time he realised that couples are more than just pound signs above our heads!”
