Gloucester to face Biarritz again
GLOUCESTER will face French giants Biarritz for the second consecutive year in the Heineken Cup pool stages.
The cherry and whites have been drawn in pool two alongside Biarritz, Newport Gwent Dragons and the Glasgow Warriors.

Gloucester are in the second tier of seeds for the 2009-10 Heineken Cup
The draw brings a return to Kingsholm for former Gloucester wing Iain Balshaw, who recently left Gloucester to join the Basque club.
Gloucester will also face Magners League pair Glasgow Warriors and Newport Gwent Dragons.
Pool 1: Munster, Perpignan, Northampton Saints, Benneton Treviso.
Pool 2: Biarritz Olympique Pays Basque, Gloucester Rugby, Newport Gwent Dragons, Glasgow Warriors.
Pool 3: Leicester Tigers, Ospreys, ASM Clermont Auvergne, Viadana.
Pool 4: Bath Rugby, Stade Francais, Ulster, Edinburgh.
Pool 5: Toulose, Cardiff Blues, Sale Sharks, Harlequins.
Pool 6: Leinster, London Irish, Llanelli Scarlets, Brive.

“I don't think it could have gone much better.
Biarritz are the weakest of the Tier 1 Seeds, and to pull Newport who are potenitally the weakest in Tier 3, it has to be a good draw.
Glasgow have traditionally been weak but are improving so that is one to watch out for. Would have preferred an Italian Side but it could have been a lot worse ie Pool 5 - definite Group of Death!!”
