Hillview Primary School closed due to heating problems
HILLVIEW Primary School in Gloucester is closed today.
The school in Hillview Road has been forced to shut its doors because its heating and gas supply has failed.
The school has said it has called an engineer to fix the problem.
Parents have been receiving text messages alerting them to the closure.

“Lets hope they didnt use DJ Hewers then. They managed to break my boiler last friday and then said replacement parts would take a week! The little 'hairdryers' they provide dont provide much heat either!”

“Why didn't they leave the school open and call an emergency boiler man in. You can't tell me it was too cold for a couple of hours for the children! Whomever it is that makes these decisions couldn't give a hoot about the parents and nothing the 'head' teacher says would change my opinion!”
