History hounds 'live' war
YOUNG history buffs took a trip back in time in Cirencester to experience wartime life.
Corinium Museum runs a History Hounds club for children aged between eight and 16 which meets every month to explore the town's past.

This week, Amanda Hart, museum education officer, took a group to the air raid shelter.
"The history expert at the shelter talked to them about Cirencester during the Second World War and explained what the shelter would have been used for," she said.
The hounds then walked across the road to the Old Memorial Hospital which features a display of home front artifacts.
Amanda said: "They absolutely loved it, especially the boys who were really interested in the aircraft and warfare aspect of it."
The club explores various areas of history which are tied into the museum's displays.
The next meeting will be held on August 24 and is called Toys Through Time.
Children have to become members, which can be done at the Park Street Museum.
