Holistic therapies on offer in Cheltenham this week
Those wanting to try holistic therapies can have a go at Egyptian belly dancing today.
The Isbourne Holistic Centre is hosting a taster week where visitors can try difference classes.
Today Jo-Anne Hale will be relieving tension and relaxing the mind of those coming to the Mindful Movement session at 2pm, while the belly dancing will take place at 6pm.
The sessions at Wolseley Terrace in Cheltenham will continue until Sunday.
