Raiders escaped with cigarettes and change after smashing their way in to a filling station.

Police cordoned off the Snax BP station in London Road, Stroud, following the burglary just after 3.30am today.

Officers believe a brick may have been hurled at a window before two hooded men broke in and grabbed cigrarettes and a small amount of change.

They prised open the cigarette cabinet and escaped before 3.40am.
