Hotel reports chimney fire
A CHIMNEY blaze in a Cotswolds hotel on Friday night kept firefighters working at the scene for nearly an hour.
The team was called to Barnsley House Hotel in Cirencester at around 7.45pm on Friday following reports of a chimney on fire at the hotel.
One engine from Cirencester station, together with six firefighters were called out to tackle the blaze.
They were at the scene for more than 45 minutes as they put out the fire.
