Hundreds expected at jobs fair
Jobs and careers advice will be on offer in Stroud on Friday.
TABS Training jobs fair runs from 10.30am to 3pm at the Subscription Rooms in George Street.
Employers including Renishaw, ASDA, First Base, Stroud District Council, GlosJobs, Bromford Housing, Ecotricity, Omega Resource, Hays Accountancy, AGE UK, GCHQ, Stroud Valleys Project, 2Gether NHS Trust, and Prospect Training.
"In terrible weather conditions we had over 400 dedicated candidates attend looking for work and advice," said organiser Kevin Holland. "I am striving for the event to have even more employers, hopefully up to 75% from the 60% ratio that attended in July."
