Hutton is targeting top-six finish with Robins Ladies
CHELTENHAM Town Ladies kick off their 2013/14 campaign against Truro City at Newlands Park tomorrow (2pm).
Manager Ian Hutton is hoping to improve on last season's sixth-placed finish in the South West Women's Football League Premier Division.
He has recruited a host of new players, some of whom will push for immediate inclusion in his first team, while others will be given a chance to progress in the newly-formed development team.
They have entered the Gloucestershire Women's County League Two and they travel to Oldland Abbotonians tomorrow, with club chairman Andy Liddle taking charge.

Of Cheltenham's new signings, central defender Anna Dennis will miss the curtain-raiser through injury, so Hazel Adams is set to partner the long-serving Rhona Donaldson in the middle of the back four, with Liz Dawson and Jess Cave set to occupy the full-back positions.
Hutton has also signed former Bristol Academy and Coventry City forward Kerry Bartlett, who is working her way back from a back injury which kept her sidelined for the whole of last season.
Hannah Robson has moved to London and Ade Blair has also departed, but Sarah Haden, 16-year-old talent Megan Lloyd and Catherine Reilly have all joined to bolster the ranks.
Kirsty Dunleavy remains skipper, with Jo Lenton wearing the armband for the development side.
Lydia Armaquaye and long-term ankle injury victim Katy Adams are also unavailable against Truro, who are newly-promoted to the division.
Cheltenham drew 1-1 with a Stoke City XI last week in a warm-up game and Hutton, who works with the men's team as a fitness coach, is hopeful of a successful season.
"We finished sixth last season, so we'd like to improve on that," Hutton said.
"If we had all our new signings fit and ready I am confident we'd be challenging for promotion.
"If we aim to be there or thereabouts with a chance to kick on that will be good, but a lot will depend on availability."
