Injunction against badger cull protesters granted in High Court
AN injunction to restrict people from protesting against the badger cull has been granted.
A legal bid was made in the High Court to restrict the activities of badger cull opponents.
The National Farmers’ Union applied for the injunction, claiming some farmers have been intimidated and harassed and therefore need protection.
The injunction called for the prevention of people from entering private land within the cull zone without permission from the landowner.
