John McCririck’s age discrimination case against Channel 4 begins today
Racing presenter John McCririck’s employment tribunal over alleged age discrimination is to begin today in London.
McCririck, 73, a familiar face to viewers of racing at Cheltenham on TV, claims he was sacked last year because of age discrimination.
The tribunal, at the Central London Employment Tribunal, is expected to last up to seven days.
McCririck was replaced by Clare Balding and the pundit said he was to sue Channel 4 for £3 million.
