Jungle Week is a big hit for children in Bishop's Cleeve

CHILDREN in Bishop's Cleeve have been getting creative during jungle week.

The library and children's centre, in Tobyfield Road, has been running a string of jungle-themed activities all week.

Among them, 56 children attended an art event where they made monkey masks and butterfly mosaics.

Library customer assistant Kirsty Stacy said: "They love it, they have been having such a good time.

"We try and do activities like this during half term week, it's all about having fun.

"We have been really busy all week which is great."

Children have also been taking part in treasure hunts around the library, locating images of various jungle animals.
