A FIGHT for justice by the family of Kalisha Gordon has taken a small step forward.

Cypriot officials wrote to her parents Lloyd and Jayne Gordon this week to confirm a criminal case will not be pursued.

Kalisha died aged 21 while on holiday in Cyprus in 2008.

She had previously worked as deputy manager at House of Fraser in Cheltenham.

Her parents have been fighting for years to find out the truth about how it happened. They say Cypriot officials have breached their human rights by not telling the truth and "dragging" out their grieving.
