Layers of fun at Newent Onion Fayre
Thousands of people flocked to sunny Newent on Saturday for the annual Onion Fayre.
The popular event attracted families of all ages who revelled in the fairground rides, live music, stalls and attractions.

Streets were closed off to accomodate the masses, who were in a celebratory mood in what was a real festival atmosphere.
Pete Barnes, who was attending the event for the first time, said: "I think it's amazing, and you can't beat the weather!
