What's your favourite Gloucestershire day out?

Winchcombe all the way. Great pubs, beautiful town and, being a castle nerd, Sudeley Castle is a brilliant day out.

And your favourite place to eat out in the county?

Le Champignon Sauvage in Cheltenham. I have only eaten there once for my 21st, but it was by far the best food I have ever eaten.

What's the worst job you've ever had?

I have enjoyed all my jobs really, the most interesting was being a bouncy castle delivery man in South London.

Any unusual habits?

I have bitten my nails for as long as I can remember.

Who is your hero and why?

Henry Rollins lead singer of Black Flag and spoken word artist extraordinaire. He says everything we all wish we could.

What book are you reading at the moment or tell us your favourite?

I have just finished Snuff by Terry Pratchett, but by far the best book is The Hobbit by JRR Tolkien. I have read it plenty of times!

What was the last film you watched?

Insidious, haven't slept since.

First single/record you ever bought?

The Spice Girls' first album.
