PETE Lloyd banked 101 for Lion Cubs (1E), a score made up of 6, 6, 15, 8, 17, 8, 14, 13, 9, 5.

The 15 and 17 spares in his high-scoring tally were both first-ball flatners.

Eddie Banks of Maisemore Hornets (P) had a score of 96 made up of 8,14, 9, 9, 13, 9, 8, 9, 9, 8 and Shaun Jackson of Moody Blues (P) had a score of 93, including 14 and 16 spares.

Nigel Barnes of Cobblers (P) had a score of 92 made up of 6, 9, 15, 8, 16, 6, 8, 9, 8, 7 and Tony Lewis of Dairymen (P) had a score of 91, comprising 12, 5, 14, 7, 7, 8, 7, 7, 15, 9.

For the Cobblers S Gregory and Mike Sansom had 86s, A. Jenkins had 85, B Kilmister and D Gavin had 82, T Mitchell had 81 and Steve Amos with 80.

Andy Pollard of Greyhounds (P) had a score of 88 made up of 7, 8, 13, 8, 9, 9, 5, 9, 7, 13 and Steve Mansell of Famous Stampers (P) struck 84 made up of 7, 14, 4, 8, 7, 10, 5, 12, 9, 8.

Andy Whitehead of Slingers (P) also had a score of 84, as did Roy Davis of Fabulous Baker Boys (P), and Davis' team-mate Mark Summerell scored 82.

D Broady of Coney Hill (P) had a score of 80, Mark Payne of Dairymen (P) had a 14 spare in his score of 77 and team-mate Mark Harris also scored 77 and had a 15 spare on the last leg to win them the game. Matt Nines of Railway (P) had a flatner converted to a 15 spare.

Andrew Davis of Rugger Sports (1N) had a score of 84, D Gardner of Biji's (1N) had a score of 83, Keith Pensom of Oval Ball (1N) had a score of 82 and M Hobbs of Spreaders (1N) had a score of 81.

Dave Tiley of Walls Monkeys (1N) also had a score of 81, R Simmonds of Tredworth (1N) scored 80 and Andy Claridge of Crescent Knights (1N) had an 18 spare with two flatners.
