Another fashion week has come to an end and after five days of revelations, we forecast Spring/Summer 2014's trends which the Capital's catwalks have hinted at.
1. Autumn Winter ’13 is monochrome, bold royal blues and red lipstick.
The Spring season switches to pastel shades.
Think baby blues, lemon yellows and feeling pretty in pink.

Kristen Stewart has been snapped up wearing Preen and the Duchess of Cambridge has been spotted looking feminine in Emilia Wickstead.
2. Gone are the days of dressing up a pair of jeans.
If you want to add a touch of glam to your outfits for the evening, dress up a casual top with a pleated skirt or unusual hem.
Christopher Kane went as far as teaming sweatshirts with skirts, and giving smart / casual a new definition.
3. Pink is the new black.
Pink cigarette trousers are everywhere, with pink blouses and pink lips to match.
M&S have already swooped in with their signature pink coat and it’s the new must-have item.
4. Matching is back with a vengeance.
LFW was a blend of textures but one thing that came out of the catwalks was the matching skirt and top outfit, a perfect look for the office.
5. Pearls are the chandeliers of the Spring.
Ditch the dangling earrings for a pair of timeless pearl earrings.
If it’s for a few drinks in the bar, layer up pearl necklaces for the classic factor.
6. Slogan t-shirts out, flowers in.
Unless you’re supporting a campaign, flowery sweatshirts will be welcoming us as Spring season begins.
Prints of lilies and orchids on smoothly cut tops, all tying in with the pastel shades.
7. The simpler the better.
Spring is a time of new and with social media propelling the average person’s fashion into the limelight, the new thinking is unpretentious.
The simpler your style, the more you’re in touch with the fashion industry.
Or “Avant-bland” as Fashion’s new hot ticket JW Anderson calls it.
8. Wave a fond farewell to 80’s neon and embrace the 90’s.
Popular labels such as ASOS are bringing back the sportswear that makes us reminisce The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
Nike’s revive the street look and high streets have already snapped up ideas for skirt and trainers combinations.
9. Softer cuts will complement the pastel colours as Spring’s work wear focus on round shouldered suits, a refreshing break from the severe Autumn / Winter blazers.
Preen and Celine are the best examples of this lady-like tailoring.
10. Jumpsuits are here to stay.
The textures have changed and the colours are lighter, but Spring is carrying A/W 13’s love for jumpsuits forward.
Pair this with towering heels for the perfect finish.
